- Membership: The first two months are non-cancellable. All cancellations must be notified at least two weeks before the renewal date. For instance, if you request cancellation on the 1st, your membership will be canceled on the 15th. Charges will still apply if your renewal date falls within this 14-day period.
- Credit Usage: Your $79 credit cannot be combined with any other membership benefits or discounts.
- Membership Discounts: Additional discounts earned through membership statuses only apply to in-store services and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Discount Priority: In the event of a member discount overlapping with any other special event discount, the highest discount will automatically apply.
- Points: Points do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.
- Viewing Points: Points can be viewed by logging into the ZONTI reservation system.
- Interpretation: The interpretation of these activities belongs to MASSAGE.
