Terms of service

Cancellations and No Shows Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Unless there's an emergency, you must contact Massage 8 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel via telephone. Failure to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice by phone or failure to show up (NO SHOW) for your appointment will result in a 50% charge.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will still receive their full massage session, ending at the scheduled time, with no change in fee. This is a standard practice in the massage industry. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for restroom use and any necessary updates.

What is included in your appointment?
All massage services include a 10-minute dressing and undressing period, with the remaining time dedicated to the actual massage.
