Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Except in the case of an emergency, you must contact Massage 8 with at least 24 hour notice of cancellation by telephone. If you fail to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation by phone or fail to show up (NO SHOW) for your appointment, you will be charged 20 dollars for the appointment.
Late arrivals will still have their massage finish at the original schedule time and the fee will remain the same. This is standard practice in the massage industry. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself time to use the restroom and make any changes or updates.
All massage services consist of a dressing and undressing time of 10 minutes, and the remaining time is "hands on" time for the actual massage.
